Does anyone know if there have been any online "updates" to the Hive system recently?

When I first had the Hive system installed, British Gas engineers gave me a walk through of how the system worked. Part of this was how to use the "Boost" buttons on top of the box. When they showed me the heating boost, I was told one press of the button equalled an hours boost. Over the last couple of days when I have used the heating boost, the first press has bought the system on for half an hour, not an hour as I was first shown by the engineers.

Just wondering if things have been changed by a recent update?
