 Post subject: No app access "everything off line"

I have had hive installed today

The installation was ok, but the hub and wiring were untidy.

I asked if I could use different Ethernet cable and move stuff.

I di this, and there were no issues.

Then it went off line, an in spite of following all the instructions, and putting everything back as it was (all untidy), all I get is one solid green light on the hub.

I have tried rebooting everything, but still nothing.

I will be back to british gas, but want a quicker fix, as I had to wait 10+ days for the install, and don't fancy another 10 day wait.

What can I try next?
