i have a Hive signal booster plug and i want to extend the Hive signal range to accommodate a Hive door contact sensor in my garage.

Does anyone know about the signal booster specs? Basically my garage Hive door sensor is about 16 meters (through 2 walls) from the signal booster and i cannot get a solid signal.

I have scoured the Hive website and there is no useful technical data. I have wifi in the garage (via powerline adapters and wifi range extender) but i dont see any kind of Hive wifi extender to use in conjunction.

does anyone have a suggestion how i can extend the Hive signal.
